The Orion is a highly efficient, true sine wave, non-isolated DC to AC inverter designed especially for solar grid-feeding applications.
Being small, lightweight and virtually silent Orion lends itself to easy installation in the smallest of properties.
A typical installation would be on an internal garage wall.
The unit operates from a photovoltaic (PV) / solar array DC power source and generates a sinewave current
output for direct connection to the 240VAC 50Hz L.V. power grid.
The Orion employs a MPPT (maximum power point tracker) for efficient use of the PV power system and is supplied with a built-in PV earth leakage detector for your protection. The unit can feed in excess of 4.62kW to the grid when supplied with a suitable solar array, typically 20 to 25 sq m.
